By using the Chop Chop booking application (operated by Conect-r LLC), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Use of Service

Chop Chop provides a digital booking and notification system for salon clients and stylists. By providing your phone number when booking an appointment, you are opting in to use this service and receive communications related to your booking status.

SMS Communications and Opt-In

By opting into the Chop Chop booking system, you consent to receive automated transactional text messages regarding your appointment status, confirmations, and reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message and data rates may apply.

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity and interaction with your stylist.

Opting Out and Getting Help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP"to the shortcode or phone number that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us for that specific number.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability

Chop Chop and Conect-r LLC are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our booking service or SMS notifications.
